please invite your guests to the garden or designated braai areas, they are not allowed in the rooms

All cancellations must be phoned through and followed up in writing. Please quote the invoice number and reference when paying.

Your booking may be cancelled at no charge 2 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel after this deadline we will asses a fee as follows:
50% of the cost of 1 night’s stay will be charged should you cancel 1 day prior to arrival
100% of the cost of 1 night’s stay will be charged should you cancel on the day of arrival

Should you make a pre-payment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment.
